Dr. Lindsay and his son were god sent. They put up the best fight ever. I will always owe them a great debt of gratitude. They care! If you need a good lawyer for malpractice you will never find a better lawyer. They understand medical records and they wont stop. I love you guys.
Terrible law firm, Drug a case out and let the surgeon stall and use delay tactics almost 5 years and ended up losing their expert witness for my case to retirement by letting the surgeon and his lawyers stall also didn't even finish their deposition of the surgeon. Terrible communication wouldn't even return my calls 90% of the time. If you go for malpractice stay away from these clowns.
Tracey is amazing she as explained everything to me step by step SO I understand it!!! Ok we ran into a hiccup but the case is not dead tracey is still anazing, i have not met Mr.Lindsey personally yet but have communicate and he is not giving up on loss of my husband.

They are caring people and are actively supportive in their community. They have wonderful community programs providing shoes to area schools. My entire family has volunteered for these programs. It is amazing and Charleston is lucky to have them.
Great law firm that makes a difference in the community. They participate in many community events, like WV's Helping/ Boots for Babes Campaign every year. It's a pleasure to have a business downtown that cares so much about the people in the surrounding area!
