There are some crappy reviews on here but my experience was different. For one, no one is going to be happy when they get a letter in the mail from an attorney representing a collections agency. I'm more upset with my insurance company for telling me that my surgery was covered with a $500 copay so, I paid my $500 and had the procedure. They told me my bill was 167.28 turns out it was almost 300.00 but the receptionist couldn't be bothered with finding out the right amount to give me over the phone. They are an unorganized mess!
