I’ve been to more than one psychiatrist, and I can say that Dr. Aaron Tabor is more caring than any I’ve ever met!
Their billing messed up , said I owed 700$ and had to pay an additional 250$ for my appointment. I didn’t find out until my next appointment. Left me high and dry , been on medication for 6 months to nothing.
Avoid this clinic at all costs. While Dr. Tabor may be competent, his office staff are an absolute disaster. Every-time I’ve had an appoint there is a problem with billing and insurance (I just recently got a bill from 8-months ago. The staff's disorganization is shocking, and they seem to blame patients for their incompetence. While I give all credit to Dr. Tabor for being a PHENOMENAL individual, an expert in his field, I can no longer recommend this office. I quit utilizing this office over a year ago due to the staff members being rude, inconsistent and canceling my appointments for all sorts of silly reasons. In addition to the office abruptly dropping all insurance, further solidifying my leave, now I'm receiving bills for treatment that I have not received. Received multiple emails confirming my referral, emails said I should hear back within 48 hours. After 20 days of waiting I called their office and they said the normal wait time is actually a week or two. The receptionist looked up my information but they couldn’t find it in their system. they put the fault on me so I never got seen. Save your time and go somewhere else
