Highly recommended,!! Liz has a quiet and calm nature that makes you feel at ease almost immediately. She listens thoroughly and really takes the time to understand what your primary concerns are, additionally she gets a sense of your overall health. I'm very sensitive and don't tolerate most acupuncture, but Liz is very kind and aware when placing the needles. Then, at the end of the treatment she always has very thoughtful suggestions and is great at going over the treatment plan. Wonderful experience from start to finish
