If I could give NO STARS, I WOULD!! I selected this Dr as my neurologist because he was in my network. Had I known he was darn near 100, I would not have selected him. He called in the wrong scripts and completely BOTCHED my disability paperwork; he didn’t list any of my complaints that would’ve supported my LTD claim!
