Great company to have cater your most important events. Chef Stephanie is amazing and her crew is irreplaceable.
Tableside Catering was chosen to cater an event I atttended last Friday evening. Now I know that staffing has been difficult these days but I'm not sure that would explain the chaotic and slow service at this event. The food came out slowly and sporadically and dirty dishes sat on the table for 20 minutes after we were done eating. The "salad" served was very good and well presented. From start to finish the Modern Events Catering staff was attentive and accommodating. We wanted a mostly vegatarian focused menu and they created an out-of-this-world menu for our visiting friends and family to enjoy. Planning a destination wedding is quite a challenge and finding a partner like Modern Events was truly a lifesaver. Sury was phenomenal every step of the way and Chef Yoder impresses is over and over again with every bite.
