Went in and ordered a new rear tyre for my Honda CB500FA and watched the saleslady write it down. She said they would text me when it got in. Not having received any message from them, I went in 2 weeks later to inquire how my order was progressing. I discovered that my order had not been recorded on their computer system. I again ordered the tyre. Again no message from them so 2 weeks later I was in there again to find out what had happened. This time it was on their computer but they had forgotten to order the tyre.
