It's one of my favorite new spots to get cards
At first I had a ton of respect for the folks working here. Willing to talk and answer questions past just being an employee at a card shop. But when approaching them with a possible opportunity, was met with immediate dismissal, as if I was a scammer. Then quickly hung up on. I completely understand that scammers hassle businesses regularly, and it's a real problem. But not everyone is. Next time just take quick second to see if it's actually something before casting judgement.
Bad at math. I came to buy a card directly from them to support my local card stores. They then tried to up charge me 4%. I asked them to lower the difference and he refuses. So I bought my card online from a competitor. He lost saving 20% margins from selling directly instead of through an online distributor because he wanted a 4% mark up. And I bought it from someone else anyway after that interaction. The owners response just more proves they don't care.
