Came in and simply inquired on if they sell Yugioh Chaos Origins boxes, man sitting leaning back on his char behind the counter states “nope. only for tournaments”. We ask if they sell One Piece boxes, man goes “nope.” I asked what we can buy and he just gives me a blank look with no answer. I ask “singles then?” He says “Yup.” My group simply just decided to quietly walk out after that. Staff have always been super helpful! They offer cash discounts on purchases. They were super patient with my niece and nephew who were new to Pokemon collecting and playing even gave them some free stuff to start them out and took the time to explain to them how to play. They always help steer me in the right direction when I’m buying stuff for them because I’m a complete newb. Cashier sat at the table ripping packs while i stood at the counter waiting to buy a booster pack. I asked if he could ring me up and the guy with glasses, gray hair and heavy set told me “you couldnt have come at a worse time” before ringing me up. Next time I will just go somewhere else, thank you.
