I had my eye exam on 12/15/2025 and I paid for my glasses and supposedly they were ordered. It's now 02/18/2026, over 9 weeks, and I still don't have my glasses. Repeated calls to them and they still can't tell me what the hold-up is. They said, 'We'll call the lab," and no return call with an explanation. I will NEVER use them again and hopefully I get my glasses and don't have to take further action!
I have paid in full for a nice pair of glasses. The problem is I have yet been able to see them nor wear them because three+ weeks later I'm still waiting. This isn't the only problem they will not return my phone calls regarding I shouldn't still be waiting for my glasses!!!! He may be a decent doctor but your office staff needs a new attitude and should take a course in how to treat customers period. But when you're open someone {STAFF) should be answering the phone. Strange batch of negative reviews here. This was my first time at Table Rock Family Vision Care, but my wife and kids have been to this location and the Nixa location many times. I had nothing but a positive experience with the staff here; all were very pleasant and cordial. The young lady who started my exams was fantastic and accommodating and answered several questions with no issues. Horrible customer service, horrible service, horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location, they have another location in Nixa that I DO recommend though. The Branson West location initially got my prescription incorrect and I had to provide former prescriptions (that have been the same for about 10 years) and they went off that, but wouldn’t dispense the prescription.
