I had a bad experience here, especially with nurse ratched. The automatrist that works the front desk, very bad.Communication skills doesn't like questions. Very easily riled up. After I ordered my glasses and they came in, I had some questions.I wanted to talk to the doctor right away.She did not like that and from that moment forward , it was very difficult dealing with her without her losing her stuff. I had a bad experience. I tried to explain to the lady up front about my situation and she got all been out of shape. Basically I'm a truck driver and I drive at night I got bifocals they weren't working out for me I tried to get her to sell me a pair ofFar vision only and she wanted no part of it she kept cramming their preamble down my throat about the bifocals about wearing them all the time and getting used to Em I had trouble driving with him at night they don't understand that I spend 11 hours and a lot of it at night ... read more
Everyone working here is amazing! Everyone is friendly and polite. The gentleman who did my pre-exam was awesome. He explained everything as he did it, which made me so much more comfortable. (Unfortunately I forgot everyone's name). I will definitely be telling everyone this is the place to go for eye care from this point forward. Thank you all for a quick, painless, simple visit.
