I ordered special glasses and paid 100 up front. Glasses came back but due to surgeries OT, I couldn’t get them. When I was able to pay the balance and pick them up something wasn’t right AGAIN. I picked them up in the daylight. When I tested them at night it made everything worse. My need was glasses that would take away difficulty at night with bright lights, dark and rainy conditions. I had my eye exam on 12/15/2025 and I paid for my glasses and supposedly they were ordered. It's now 02/18/2026, over 9 weeks, and I still don't have my glasses. Repeated calls to them and they still can't tell me what the hold-up is. They said, 'We'll call the lab," and no return call with an explanation. I will NEVER use them again and hopefully I get my glasses and don't have to take further action!
I have paid in full for a nice pair of glasses. The problem is I have yet been able to see them nor wear them because three+ weeks later I'm still waiting. This isn't the only problem they will not return my phone calls regarding I shouldn't still be waiting for my glasses!!!! He may be a decent doctor but your office staff needs a new attitude and should take a course in how to treat customers period. But when you're open someone {STAFF) should be answering the phone. Strange batch of negative reviews here. This was my first time at Table Rock Family Vision Care, but my wife and kids have been to this location and the Nixa location many times. I had nothing but a positive experience with the staff here; all were very pleasant and cordial. The young lady who started my exams was fantastic and accommodating and answered several questions with no issues.
