This used to be our spot for 20 years when Jeff ran things it was so smooth we went for 4th of July weekend rented a boat for 24 hours was told by the person doing the walk through that we could drop off the boat the next day around 2pm since we picked up the boat 2pm the day before but when we went back Adam ran us off saying we could only use it before 9am this never happened to us when Jeff ran things guess Adam is more interested in money then keeping loyal costumers we won't be back
Very friendly and informative staff. Karen was so very helpful from the booking process to detailing where everything on the lake is. We rented a pontoon with the slide, a tube and a Lilly pad. Cliff jumping and swings were absolutely the best!! Highly recommend! We will be back!
It was our first time renting a pontoon through TRLPR and it will be the only place we rent from in the area going forward BECAUSE of the experience we had with Karen and the other friendly staff! Awesome place, wonderful people!
