Dr. Hess is great! She is very professional and caring. Dr. Hess is very through going over your past history and last visit to see if you have any recurring problem. She is one of the few doctors that I have dealt with that actually listens to your concerns and with you, comes up with a plan. I strongly recommend Dr. Hess to anyone looking for or needing a new PCP
