Matt started table Grace Cafe as a social experiment. It's a community Cafe where you donate instead of pay. Matt graduated from culinary school in New York. Daily specials feature local seasonal and reclaimed ingredients. Everything on the menu is good everyday.
This restaurant is one of the best kept secrets in Omaha. Matt and his team do a lovely job of creating wonderful dishes from all sorts of donated food from around the area. You always walk away feeling full , but never stuffed. That is because you're enjoying real home cooked food rather than institutional cooking.And it just digests better....
This is a great non profit, free will donation place to eat. They do great work for the community. Oh and the breakfast sandwich is really good.
This isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience and if you haven't been in yet I suggest you check them out. They are definitely doing their part to better the community!!!
