My Fiancé and I had a couples Message here last Friday and it was the best experience we have ever had. Staff had us fill out a form to identify pain points, which we thought was nice that they put that much effort into identifying how they could help. Staff was incredibly helpful and even showed us some stretches we could do at home to target our pain points after our massage. Massage was great and staff communicated well to adjust to our needs. Shannon is amazing. My massage felt super relaxing and was exactly what my body needed. She has such a calming presence, and the whole space at Table for One is so tranquil. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and just… better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something truly restorative.
