We had an amazing stay at Hotel Albuquerque! The property is beautiful, always clean, and full of authentic New Mexico charm. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location in Old Town is perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
We stayed in room 1002 in a corner room with amazing views. We watched the storms roll in at night and the balloons take off in the morning. I'd like to thank, Anthony, who was working the front desk when we checked in. My husband broke his ankle a couple months prior to our trip and Anthony was able to put us in a room near the elevator. We also inquired about the refrigerator in the room. He explained it's more of a chiller, but if we need items to be colder, he could have a mini-frig brought up to our room. The rooms are dirty and not worth the $200 per night. Even after the room was ‘cleaned’ it had grime and dirty towels. Very upsetting experience
Be aware that a convention will bump you from your room with almost no notice. We planned a lovely day walking from the hotel to the local museums. Received a welcome text in the am, then an afternoon phone call saying we were being moved to Hotel Chaco. Upon arrival I was given a reservation to Hotel Clyde which is 5 miles from the museum center. Won't be back. Outrageous treatment of guests with reservations.
