Family member of mine goes here and it’s always such a hassle to get any information out of this office. No one ever calls when they’re suppose to and communication is always a headache. Patient care doesn’t seem to be of importance here.
This person does not show very much compassion for the patient. If you need anything serious over the weekend you will most likely not make it by a week day when and if they decide to visit you. Doctors take a Hippocratic oath. Not sure what this person took.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and it has affected my life greatly. Dr Townsend and all of her staff have been angels for me. We have a long way to go but I feel very safe in their hands. I also have to make a special mention to Nicole Smith for all her prompt and immediate help in all matters. This is a very very difficult situation to deal with and there hasn't been a problem yet that she didn't solve quickly and that means a lot. Good job ladies you are both angels to your patients
