Extremely disappointing experience with Tabitha. I booked an appointment through her online system, which she confirmed. However, she canceled on me not once, but TWICE, both times via text and with very short notice (about an hour before each scheduled appointment). I found her communication style to be unprofessional and dismissive. Having to reschedule and travel from Ladysmith to Duncan only to be canceled on again was frustrating and inconvenient. Had a gel manicure and pedicure today done by Kimberly and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Her attention to detail was amazing, she took her time to make sure everything was well done and it was very relaxing! Have also had Tessa do my eyebrows and again her attention to detail was great! Will definitely be back ☺️
