Reception area very clean and front desk very professional.
I like the doctor but the receptionist is terrible! I was recently in a work related accident had been released from workers comp even though I was never offf work.I called for an appointment to see about a headache not injury related but I did mention I wanted to check on my neck that wasn't addressed basically got stone walled by this receptionist,she said I had to check with my job to see if it was ok to see my primary care doctor! Dr. Marek was so good and patient with me when I was nervous about getting a new doctor and she would tell me everything she's going to do and is doing. It help calm my nervous!
Dr. Marek may be wonderful but I did not get to see her. I spoke to her receptionist who brusquely asked me a battery of questions about my medical insurance. When we finally determined that I did have the right kind of insurance, she informed me that "Dr. Marek would not be back in the office until January." This is mid-November. It would have been helpful to find that out up front.
