Stood me up on phone visit. Said she called three times and call went to voicemail even though I had phone in my hand waiting. No voicemails were left. Zero evidence of any calls from her. She then refused to allow me an appointment in future. Called her office 15 mins, 45 mins and 90 mins after appointment beginning time. Spoke with someone in her office. Other staff called back and NONE went into voicemail. Others left messages with no trouble. It is so poor to lie about something like this. Bizarre behavior.
