Horrible facility. Long wait times for staff to answer call lights or respond to help patients. Staff absolutely do not care about their patients. They would rather be on their phones. Food is horrible. Moved my dad to a different facility that treats their patients with care and compassion.
This place is by far one of the better facilities when compared to Emerald or Madonna. Snacks are constantly stocked and their menu has such a variety. The aides are happy helpers , the nurses are quick to respond to concerns and assessing the residents. When I would call for an update on my mom or dad they didn’t have to scramble around through notes to give me an answer , they were actually familiar with them which shows they have been present and active with the residents.
