Stayed in 330FQ - was a nice, clean and tidy apartment. The guys at Tabi had awesome communication if anything was needed questions were answered almost immediately. Thank you

My kids and I recently made the long trip from Melbourne to Noosa and were lucky enough to make our first stop in what we call paradise, managed by Tabi. The apartment had stunning views, the photos and descriptions were accurate and was well equipped with all the essentials needed for our stay (super clean too!) I was so tired from the journey and eager to rest, Tabi made everything so quick and effortless. Within 5 minutes of booking accomodation, she was right there with the keys and helping us. A measure of a good company is not always when things are perfect, but when things go wrong and you need their assistance. Sadly Tabi completely failed at handling my wife's issue and complaint, and were instead deeply defensive and infuriating to deal with. We had a serious breach of privacy and security at one of their properties inside Peppers. How they dealt with this was appalling, condescending & they literally lied about what happened despite not actually being there to witness it. I am staggered at how this situation... read more
