The only reason i've given one star is because you can't give none, this surgery is ridiculous, I can never get an appointment, even after calling early in the morning, I am told they have reached full capacity. Last year I waited all day for a gp to call me back after a suspected miscarriage only for her to tell me to call singleton, where I was told she should of referred me. I can never get an appointment for my children when they are ill and I will ring everyday just to Try and get one but end up going to the hospital just for them to be checked over it's not right

Recently moved to the area and every time I’ve needed to see a doctor the receptionists are so lovely and helpful and the doctors I’ve seen have been thorough and helped me.

I've had experience with only one other GP surgery in Swansea but it was enough to understand the terrible service that the average GPs offer in the UK. However, Tabernacle Surgery sets the bar too high, the service is great whenever I needed it and the staff are kind and very helpful. Well done!
