Had the best time with Tabatha for our newborn photoshoot. Loved that she showed us all the family photos as we went and made sure we were happy with them. She has a great eye for photos and posing. We brought a bunch of inspiration, and she made sure we got every shot and then some. My baby was wide awake in the middle of our shoot and needed to nurse for a while. My husband and I had a terrible experience with Tabatha. She was often unresponsive to attempts to reach out for scheduling and kept our money without any photos to show for it. At one point she offered a time with less than an hour’s notice for a family with two young children. She states that she showed up for a time that we never confirmed with her. Maybe, maybe not, but since we paid for photos we never received it’s hard not to feel like we were scammed for hundreds of dollars.
Tabatha takes her time and get some of the most beautiful baby pictures! We are so pleased that we have all these photos of our little Coco . She is like the baby whisperer for sure!
Absolutely do not book with Tabatha. She does not communicate outside of emails from booking system that always gets caught by spam filters no matter how many times you whitelist the address. Then she will expect you to meet her with less than a few hours notice and will mark you as a no show and refuse to communicate again or offer a refund.
I thought about going into detail about our experience with Tabatha Sue Photography, but every time I typed it out it sounded convoluted. Long story short, I wish I would have read her reviews and listened to the other 2 star review because we had similar difficulties with communication. We didn’t end up working with her and she kept our $200 deposit. I suggest any other newborn photographer in the cleveland area.
