They claim to make calls. I have seen no evidence that they ever did. They told me they didn't worry and that we would call you in 30 days. I need help to work. I am about to be evicted. They don't care if their clients live or ***.
I contracted Tabak, LLC two years ago to help me achieve a 100% VA disability rating. Recently, I received a 60% rating, but only due to my own hardwork and diligence. In my opinion , the Tabak law firm has done little if anything to assist me in receiving my rating increase. The person assigned to be my Case Manager is lazy and usually oblivious to questions associated with my claim. If I could give no star I would. I have been trying to get ss for 4 years now. Tablak has given me a case worker and I have never spoken to a actual lawyer. I find out more than this woman does. The case worker is never available and never has information. Now I have had a stroke in September and yet it was disability that contacted me, not tablak. Absolutely awful!! Won't communicate with you. Can't get them on the phone. MY Lawyer has never returned one of my calls. It's really unbelievable how unprofessional and uncaring this Law firm is.
You were trusted to do your due diligence in finding information regarding my disability claim. I have metastatic breast cancer, which is terminal. I was assured by this law firm that I would receive my disability due to my terminal condition. However, Tabak law did nothing for almost 6 months. When we received their final letter of denial from them, it appears nothing else was done with my case. This law office starts out good on your claim they kind if stay on it halfway but you do most of the leg work if you get any paperwork don't hold off like they will tell you just send it in cause it will show or stop your claim then at the end you really get jacked over they will collect there $7200 and leave you out on you *** to try to your money I tried to call them for a week with no response .ore then a week later they say my case is closed here I am 17 day after they got there pay I still have $0 I WOULD NOT USE THIS L... read more
