I recently went with my mother to see this doctor and we left feeling perplexed and overwhelmed. He stated my mother's MRI results showed no problems with her spine. I told him she had two MRI's and one of them states she definitely has a problem with her cervical spine. He totally ignored us and told us that my mom needs PT and to see a Psych. He had to overlook the results of her cervical spine or the paper fell from his desk. SMFH
