Not a bad pub. Been a few times and always enjoyed a cold beer there.
Had dinner, meals came out quick enough for a Saturday night, thought I'd treat myself to a steak, which was nice, but the salad was just rocket lettuce & a bit of shaved cheese. Not what l regard as a salad, a bit expensive, only time I've ordered a steak in 2 years. Won't be doing that again.
Very busy night with a function on. Managed to get a table at front. Bar staff were very friendly taking our order. Our meals were delicious and filling. Drinks were cold
Had a great band on but was a little early unable to have any dinner conversation.
