We ordered a Parma and a $43 scotch fillet steak - the service from waitstaff was lovely and prompt. When our meals arrived, the Parma was great quality and we enjoyed it immensely, but the steak had more fat and grizzle in it than we have ever seen - almost half of the steak was completely inedible. I asked a staff member if she could please check with the chef if we could have another piece of steak or another alternative meal. Basic room - not even a power outlet to charge my phone, no lamp only an overhead light with the switch by the door not near the bed. The doors to the bathroom and between sections were missing handles. It is surrounded by live music venues, which were loud until the early hours. After that, I heard some poor guy getting severely beaten on the street, and a woman screaming at the top of her lungs. Not a good sleep.
Excellent customer service, excellent value, great room. Definitely be back
