I flew from Dayton, OH to purchase an 08 Mini Cooper S convertible. Dealing with Todd over the phone and via e-mail was great. They were very responsive and helpful. When I arrived at O'Hare they picked up me up and went to their warehouse. I was quite impressed by the quality of their inventory. Great cars with high-end options. The Mini was in perfect condition and just as they described. They allowed me to take a test drive and the deal was quickly closed as Todd had all the paperwork ready.
