Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Needed help with getting home healthcare set up for my elderly mom who just got out of hospital with pneumonia. No help, rude and disrespectful attitude from staff on first phone call. When I ask to speak to whoever I’d in charge I was hung up on. Called back 3 times with no answer until another rude lady answers. My frustration is building, but trying to remain calm. Apparently home health requires primary Dr signature. I have seen Dr.Buice personally a couple of times but Mrs.Naomi and the other RN there are great. These ladies take time to explain and ask if you are happy with your treatment.
Pays attention to your needs and will talk to you about anything! Love his sense of humor and the staff are remarkable!
I was a patient in the suboxone program for 4 months for Dr. Buice.
