I placed a takeout order and was told over the phone that their card machine was not working and that they were only accepting cash. Since I didn’t have cash available, I called back a few minutes later to cancel the order. However, I was then told that I could still come pick up the order and pay by card. When I arrived, I asked why I had initially been told that card payments were unavailable. We are here on a weekend breakfast buffet and there's no food on the table. Everyone is waiting so whenever there's a refill - it's gone within 5 mins. What's the point of buffet if it's just vadas in the buffet? One can have 5 dollars vada instead of paying 20 dollars for a buffet. No chutney, no idli, no dosas, nothing. Pure disappointment.
