Dr. Rafi was wonderful! She seemed genuine and caring. She listened to my concerns and ordered what tests and medications she thought was needed. I am happy to have her as my primary.
I waited for months to have an appointment with you!! I arrived before 15 minutes past my appointment time by the time I had walked all the way around to your office it was 15 minutes I drove from Illinois wait had problems finding even what doctor I was scheduled with because the livewell qasnt working!!!! Just to be told that I had to reschedule Because of your "strict 15 minute rule." I was told to reschedule to your soonest available which was October 30th!
