Tim moved out of state while I was under contract and lost all care for me as a client. When issues with the home my family was looking to purchase arose it became an out of sight out of mind situation for Tim. Because of this my family ended up having to walk away from the home and almost ended up homeless over it..it’s unfortunate that we didn’t get the Tim that everyone claims he is.
Timothy has been my realtor since 2013, He helped me in renting my first 2 homes, he then assisted in helping me purchase my first home, Selling my first home and now I am in the process of building a home.
