I had one of the worst service experiences of my life at TA Truck Service. I checked in Saturday night for what should have been a simple issue—a leaking trailer hub cap—and didn’t get out until Monday at 10 PM. What should have been a quick fix turned into a complete nightmare. The technician not only failed to fix the problem, but actually made things worse by damaging the axle threads.
