Called for parts, parts were in stock, asked for pricing. Arrived at the store, asked about the warranty and cashier was unsure of warranty but asked the guy (mechanic maybe) I asked how I'd prove the purchase and was told that I could show the receipt. I asked the cashier to put the info in the system for the warranty. She set up the account. Before making payment, the system went down. Workers claimed not to be informed when it happens.
