I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I received during my recent visit to your TA service center. I checked in at approximately 6:30 AM for a basic oil change. I brought my own oil and filters, so all I needed was the service itself. I was third in line and was contacted around 10:30 AM to bring my truck to the bay. Trust me guys, they take forever. I check In check in by 3 PM. They say the estimated wait time 4hr. They Didn’t call me I go to the office by 9pm. They say wait 45min you’re next one I wait until 12am I go inside the office they said we will g you by 6am. It’s really crazy place to waste your time even, I drive out without service
The lady at the front desk was very patient.
Over $20 for a single plastic 3/8" airline fitting that isn't even stamped DOT, and thus not legal to use on truck or trailer. LMFAO. No way. Walk next door to the shop on the other side of Blue Beacon and get the brass DOT approved version for $5. Oh, and local tire service people have 16 ply drive and steer tires for half the price of the crappy 14ply tires TA sells.... Just stay away from this place, I don't think they know what to do. I waited 10 hours for them and I left this place
