If you need your truck fixed in any way shape or form then this place will find a way to make you wait 5 hours to get it done. Makes now since for the tech to work for 10 minutes and leave to do whatever else for 40. It's a wasted of time for the drivers that has things to do and money to make while rolling. They get paid by the hour so why would they care. Always has a waiting list because it take 10 hours to fix 2 trucks. The team here is A-OK in my book!! From my first interaction when I called in to see if they could do my DOT Inspection to when I walked out the door after my purchase was a great experience. They treated me with respect & the Tech that did my Inspection even gave me some pointers which was greatly appreciated. If I'm in the area again & have a need, of course & without question, this will be my shop of choice.
I used app to schedule for 1430, arrived then and was told 1 in front of me, 3 hours later they moved me in front of a bay and inside an hour later. Simple PM and APU filter change took 3.5 hours and they couldn’t bother putting the oil fill cap back on. I will never return to this TA if avoidable.
