Took my F350 in for oil change and fuel filter service, team was knowledgeable and got my service done, the tech apologized for the time it took, yet he gave me a run down of my truck, I appreciated the service and his knowledge and assessment! I left assured that I was in good hands.
Called to ask for a quote for 16ply tires. Was immediately told they dont have any whereas everywhere else i called they need at leat 20 seconds to check. So i stop at petro and go in to ask for a quote for 2 front tires. This is 1pm guy is watching football with volume high and eating ramen noodles as he's talking to me. I ask him if front tires are 16ply aka H rated. He says he can not tell me. I tell him its writen on the side of the tire and i can read it if i can see the tire. This place is a SCAM…!!!! do not stop here for any mechanical issues. They will take forever, treat you like they own the place, STEAL ..!!!! My driver took his own fuel filters and they reuse the same old filter and pretend they place the new but it was not the new one. The new ones were completely different brand and you can tell the one they use were old. Driver compare the fuel receipt part number and didn’t match. They got mad and started acting like gangsters.
