Place is clean and organized for its age. Dropped trailers all over the parking lot even though it’s against their policy. TA doesn’t care. The absolute only good offering is Popeyes as the Country Pride closed down at Covid and TA is too cheap to bring it back. Typical TA money grab, washer and dryers are now $3.50. Kiosk just got dumber at this location.
Very clean restroom. Store and cooler, organize, and accessible. The food area is very clean. Customer service all time High
Took them 6 hours to replace a single tire. Checked in at 4pm they said would be an hour or 2 waited 3 hours pulled in and was told 1h will be ready. We'll 1 turn to be 4 hours. Mechanics are just walking around drinking their drink smoking their cigarettes and chilling don't care... they work by the hour so I guess I understand lol... Outrageous
