I visited TA Truck Service to have a valve stem replaced, and there was no wait when I arrived. However, despite the lack of other customers and not a single truck in sight, it took them hour and a half to even start working on my truck. When I inquired about the delay, I was told the technician wasn’t available but he was right there in the shop.
