We experienced a serious invoicing discrepancy at this TA Petro location. The roadside technician clearly quoted $597.10, but the final shop invoice was increased to $682.93 without notice or authorization — a clear billing error. When we raised this issue, Service Manager Sean chose to defend his employees instead of addressing the problem fairly or seeking a peaceful resolution. I want to leave a review about this truck stop because they really misled me. They gave me incorrect information when I came in for an A/C repair, and in the end, they did absolutely nothing. Yet they still charged me $300. So I want to warn other drivers to be careful with this place.
