Checked in at noon for a PM on truck and trail. 6 hrs later, I go in to see whats going on and they tell me I'm next and pull in front of the bay. And hour after that they pull me in and I go in the shop. They start talking to me about an oil change. I said im here for a truck and trailer PM. No one recorded that I was to get trailer work done. 5 min after I walk out of the shop, they call and tell me I can't get the trailer work done. I can’t say enough good things about Matthew and Stoney at the TA Truck Service shop. I came in needing a DOT inspection and a tire replacement, and these guys got me taken care of in record time. As an expediter, every minute off the road costs money, and they understood the urgency. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently without cutting corners.
