Thank you for giving us the best moldy air to breath while we take our showers. The best for us drivers that give everything they need. So gross. Think I might be able to talk health department about this.
Absolutely terrible 10 hours to fix the hood latch, after arriving at 12 pm they ordered the wrong part, didn't find out until 5 pm, They called a different company and still it was the wrong part, they want to put straps on it now which would put me and the public in danger. I've never In 20 years of driving experienced service this bad, fir as long as I live ill never come to another TA again for anything.....as I said earlier Absolutely terrible, this place should be put out of business... ..
Ladies in the office were friendly and helped me quickly. The gentleman that did my repairs, was very professional and did all repairs in a timely manner. I had two bad tires. One on my tractor and one on the trailer. They had me in the bay within 30 minutes. I got to say this is one of the best TA/Petros I've been to. Even the lady in the store had a great attitude. The driver lounge is awesome to hang out while service is being done.
