Ladies in the office were friendly and helped me quickly. The gentleman that did my repairs, was very professional and did all repairs in a timely manner. I had two bad tires. One on my tractor and one on the trailer. They had me in the bay within 30 minutes. I got to say this is one of the best TA/Petros I've been to. Even the lady in the store had a great attitude. The driver lounge is awesome to hang out while service is being done.
Always a place to park.
My wife and I have gone into the shop, a few times and the people who work there are pretty nice but the Manager is rude. She was very rude to some of their employees. It's eye-opening to see someone in a position like hers to take advantage of their employees and to talk down to the employees. If something doesn't change, they aren't going to have anyone to do the work because they're going to quit.
