They don’t want work, came in for dry pm 1330 and they said get me in the next day with a single truck in the bay. Severely understaffed or just don’t care to do such a small job
I had a disappointing experience with an employee in the truck service department at this TA. She was rude, had a poor attitude, and didn’t seem interested in helping customers. I was given incorrect information, and while I was waiting, I noticed she appeared to be occupied with a personal customer service call instead of assisting customers. I expect better professionalism and customer service from a truck stop.
Bad experience, no restrooms.
This people sucks here! I came on June 2026 just to check my ac, they told me to come back next day! Now July 1st 2026 I stopped by to get a dot inspection on my truck, they told me to come back tomorrow because they don’t have anyone here to do an inspection! They literally should closed down the shop! Places like this one don’t help at all
Old showers, terrible bad smell in bathrooms, super hard towels Truckers don’t stop here the worse shower I’ve had in a long time
