Uneducated staff in shop !! they do not know how to talk with the driver drivers !!!
This was my first time stopping here. My belt had shifted, and the pulley started eating into it. All that was needed was to move the belt to the other side. I clearly explained everything at the front desk, and the employee understood and passed the information to the mechanic. However, the mechanic just shrugged and said it was impossible. Honestly, I was shocked by that response. I then went to the nearby Love’s. The mechanic there said he was busy but offered to lend me a tool and explained how to move the belt properly.... read more
