I highly recommend staying far away from this place; everyone knows how terrible it is, and it's definitely not worth coming here. I brought an Amazon trailer because of a blown tire. They claimed my truck had other issues and refused to let me leave. They even threatened to report me to the police if I unhooked the trailer and drove off. I was forced to wait here for two days in scorching heat, and they wouldn't even let me run my truck’s AC. Once the parts arrived, they moved with zero urgency. I arrived at 8pm, went inside to schedule for PM service. The earliest they could see me was tomorrow 4am. I said yes, next morning I didn’t get a call back until 7:35am. I told them I already left, the reason they said why so late was because they had a truck that needed to be worked on. If that’s the case is it so hard to communicate that to me around my appointment time. The only thing I will give a positive feedback is the lady that helped me setup my appointment. Very friendly

2-15-26 830 am for water pump. Price was better than expected and job was finished in about 1.5 hours. Didn't get the guys name but outstanding thank you
