this plaxe is more like a drop yard then a truck parking never finding parking because there drop trailer in that spot the night lady is rud as all get out
No Gas at the TA, signs redirect to the BP in front. None of the amenities of a travel center. No tap to pay.
I parked in the regular spot, not marked “Reserved” The next day guy knocked on my door saying it's actually reserved and I need to pay. I go inside to see what is going on and the lady at the desk is really rude, telling me you will pay or you can leave. Even called me an IDIOT because I was explaining isn't my fault that it doesn't say reserved on the ground or anywhere.
The TA itself could use some more cleaning and TLC inside and out. The restaurant, our waitress Heather was great, very friendly and informed us of out of stock items . The out of stock food items on menu was simply a joke!!! Not even excusable.
