These people here at T/A Jessup, MD. are beyond incompetent. I sat in their parking lot, yes in their parking lot, for 8 hours waiting for their service truck to come and do a tire repair. The service truck driver pulled up took a picture of the tire and dissapeared for another hour and a half, never communicating with me, the driver. I will never bring this truck or any other truck that I am operating to T/A again. Nor would I refer these "clowns" to any other driver, Owner/Operator or fleet owner.
