Went in for a tire that was still on the rim but not seated. Tried for 20 mins then gave up bc it was to hard. Luckily there was a truck repair pickup in the lot fixing another truck, he came in and got it fixed in 5 mins for me. If they can't fix a simple tire they shouldnt be allowed to fix anything else on a truck. Pathetic
The shop is over the top in incompetence. I showed up for oil change at 11am. They had an oil change before they knocked that out. Then the lazy techs did pretty much nothing until shift change. 2nd shift 1 tech called in sick the other tech was late then had to run home for some reason? I left.. some one else more capable of running a business can have my business. BP really doesn't care about anything other than profit. The T/A Petro brand is a complete joke. They told me waiting is 3hours then keep me wating 8hours and then told me they cant help me today All this BS for an oil change.
