The staff is friendly. That was about it, the restroom was absolutely filthy toilet paper and poo on the seats. There was no paper towels in the dispenser.Trash overflowing. Game room was temporary closed. 80% of truck parking is reserved. This is not a location I would return to.
This is how I spent my 1st day off in 3 wks, doing laundry for over 3 hrs, ridiculous, 1 washer working but no hot water. dryers needed to be used twice for each load, from the reviews, the dryers havent worked properly in over a year! Seriously!!! U cant get a repair guy out here??? Showers were clean & hot & gd pressure. Staff was friendly. Most of parking is $22 reserved spots. Giant craters to Dodge while looking for a spot. Update as of August 18 25 still the worse truck top ever . Went in today 5 pumps work got to pump would not pump fuel and said no def go it's a useless place no maintenance at all .
6 hour wait for service at the truck shop, then another hour working on the truck, simple fuel filter change.
This was on the floor in the shower #14. It completely grossed me out considering it was cleaned before I used it. I think this is unacceptable. I showed the cashier and to compensate, she gave me a free coffee. Lets get it together, this is unacceptable.
