I don't normally write reviews, but I have never experienced anything like this before. I stopped in to do a 30-minute break, use the bathroom, and buy some snacks. I had to be gated in and given a ticket that they try to extort you $175 if you lose it. I really dislike the added friction, having to go inside and get my ticket scanned, and I was treated extremely badly by the Ta employees. I've never seen so many disgruntled employees in my life except for the young girl in the back near the snacks and drinks, she was nice. ... read more
Arrived at 11:30 am for a pm was told it would be 5:00 pm before they could get me into garage I said fine I’ll wait called me at 7:00 pm got me into garage and then was told they had the right oil filters but not the water separators they couldn’t do this research before I sat here all day waiting and now want to send me down the road to the other ta .
I am so pissed off about this whole pay to park on the lot thing. If it weren’t late and I weren’t desperate, there’s no way I would be here. I tried to park at the rest area down the road, but it was full of Bob tails. They must think we make a lot more money than we do
Gated lot, All spots $25 to park, $175 lost ticket fee. Crazy smh imagine you just stop for fuel and something happens to the ticket. Try the loves down the street
They are definitely charging for parking all parking unless you fuel what sad is that you use the TA travel centers across the country you get to one of the last truckstops before you drop down into the eastern region to conduct business you can’t even pull in and take a shower Using your points that you’ve accumulated without paying for parking unless you need fuel there are other TA’s with cheaper fuel price prior to getting them TA is a very greedy organization.
