used to be a decent place to find parking, now they are charging to pay in all parking spots $25 not just reserved. some people talk to you there like they do not care to provide good customer service.
Cold showers, no free parking, very dirty, and everything is broken. This place sucks. Whoever owns this TA has zero respect for truckers and clearly only cares about making money and can't manage to spend a single penny on improving this place in any way whatsoever. Very poor business plan.
I don’t usually review but i hope you see this one BEWARE OF THE TRUCK SERVICE, I was in July 29, checked in at 9 in the morning because the coolant from my APU was leaking and I needed a PM on my truck done. Got called in at 4pm and told me to go in bay 1, we were just sitting there for about 4 hours without any type acknowledgment. My husband went inside after the second hour of just sitting and was told that they were about to work on our truck which they didn’t. First two hours free. Be exiting the gate barriers at 1 hour and 55 minutes. Once it hit 2 hours and 1 second. You'll be forced to pay $25 to leave. Not sure why $18 isn't enough.
