Stores Associate and clerks/cashiers were very friendly, professional, pleasant and caring.
I was parked at a truck stop when my truck’s battery went dead. I called the service for a jump-start, and the lady on the phone told me it would cost $72. I told her that I’m already parked in their lot, and my friend, who used their service before, only paid $50. She agreed to do it for $50. Later, I personally went to their office to make the payment, but the same lady told me the total was $62.97. When I asked why, she said it was because of tax. None of the pumps working and management is not willing to do anything about it
Shop is the worse especially the customer service side been waiting 8hrs for a PM only to find out THEY put the wrong number in. Let’s not forget to mention the don’t check half of what they say they do on the ultimate PM. Waste of time save your money Update 10/10/25 Haven’t been to this pathetic excuse of a repair shop for 2 years but came in for a simple pm at 12:25pm was told a 3 hour wait. The time now?
