This is the second IHOP I had breakfast where they messed up my order. The chef overcooked my T bone steak. Very disappointed!!!

I got there to in the afternoon to get a preventative maintenance done on my truck. They were busy, so I told them would it be better to come in the morning. They told me “yes about 4:00am”. Ok , so I got up at 3:30 am so I’ll be on time to drop a load at 8:00. I waited for the 3rd shift mechanic to get off break for a hour and a half. Then when he got there It seem like the man didn’t want to do anything. Had the worst attitude. So I just left because I was going to be late waiting for him.
