I got there to in the afternoon to get a preventative maintenance done on my truck. They were busy, so I told them would it be better to come in the morning. They told me “yes about 4:00am”. Ok , so I got up at 3:30 am so I’ll be on time to drop a load at 8:00. I waited for the 3rd shift mechanic to get off break for a hour and a half. Just ordered Popeyes im not sure if they know basic math complete ripoff for 40 $ of my hard earned money this is not 1/4 lbs thanks for the rip off also wrong sides guys do better
The cashier had her cell phone in her hand the entire time she cashed me out. The only words she spoke to me were, "That it?" No greeting, no farewell. She looked up long enough to thrust a receipt at me. I know it's just a truck stop, but is this your customer service standard?
Parking lot is extremely small and very few free parking spots. Complete ripoff.
Be weary of the mechanics and people walking around the parking lot. Makes me uncomfortable that they trying to find work or people are tampering with your truck while u sleep or away from it.
